Booking and Payment

- Reservation and Deposit: To secure your spot on any of our expeditions or trekking tours, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your place on the trip and allows us to make the necessary arrangements for a seamless experience.
- Payment Methods: We offer various payment methods for your convenience. You can pay via bank transfers, credit cards, and other secure online payment platforms. Please note that any transaction fees associated with your chosen payment method will be your responsibility.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance of the trip cost must be paid in full at least 30 days before the departure date. This ensures that all logistical arrangements are confirmed and in place for your adventure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all clients to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal liability. Proof of insurance must be provided before departure to ensure that you are adequately covered for any unforeseen circumstances.

- Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for the security of their personal belongings throughout the trip. Everest Sherpa Expeditions is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the expedition.
- Travel Documents: Clients must carry valid passports, visas, permits, and other necessary travel documents. Everest Sherpa Expeditions is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation. Ensure that all your documents are up-to-date and valid for the duration of your trip.
